Due to various state and local regulations, we are no longer able to ship to Indiana, Arkansas, Utah, California, Massachusetts or Pennsylvania.

Shipping and Handling: All orders will be shipped via USPS. Orders totaling up to $99.00 will be charged $5.49 for shipping and handling.
Orders totaling more than $99.00 will not be charged a shipping and handling fee.

Shipping is open Monday through Friday 11am to 3pm. All orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days of being received except on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

We will ship your items to the address that is provided on the order form and email you shipment confirmation as well as a tracking number when applicable. If your items do not arrive in 5-7 days, please contact USPS to track delivery and determine if your package has been lost. We cannot simply replace lost or stolen packages. If you wish to purchase insurance for your package, please contact us before ordering. Insurance costs are in addition to the shipping charges stated above. If you have provided an incorrect delivery address and your package is returned to us, you will have to pay additional shipping charges (see rates above) to re-send the package to you. If additional shipping charges are not paid by you within 10 days, your order will be canceled and a refund will be given via the original payment method minus the original shipping charges.
All sales are final. We may offer returns or exchanges on a case by case basis based on our sole discretion. A 25% restocking fee may apply. Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless we sent you the incorrect product. Opened is defined as an original packaging that has been unsealed or broken. Any shipping costs associated with returning products to us is at your cost. These terms are subject to change without notice.
